Ordering Tickets Q: How do I order my tickets? A: Call 1-877-TIX-2YOU (1-877-849-2968). Our Agents are available to receive calls between 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. EST, seven days a week. You will then receive an email confirming the tickets ordered, price of total order, and a map of the various welcome centers in Orlando, one of which you will be asked to pick up your vouchers. Q: How soon before I arrive in Florida do I have to order my tickets? A: We request that you order at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Q: Will I receive tickets or vouchers? A: You will receive your tickets in voucher form. The safest way to purchase your tickets today is through voucher, not hard tickets. Payment Options Q: I want to order tickets, but do not have a credit card. May I use another form of Payment? A: In order to guarantee our customers the current ticket prices which tend to fluctuate, we will need to take a deposit of 10% of the ticket purchase at the time of the order. This will require the customer to release his/her credit card information in order to hold the tickets. Q: I am ordering tickets with my credit card, but someone else will be picking up the tickets. Is this ok? A: To protect our guests, only the cardholder will be able to pick up the vouchers at the designated welcome center. We ask for guests to show proof of identification and provide the credit card used in the original purchase to obtain the vouchers. Pick-up/Delivery Q: Where do we pick up our vouchers? A: Upon ordering your tickets from our agents, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing a map featuring our welcome centers and the address/phone number for each. Your agent will direct you to a welcome center closest to your hotel. You will pick up your vouchers at this assigned welcome center. Make sure to bring the credit card you purchased the tickets with along with a photo ID. Q: How do you deliver vouchers to our resort? Do I need to be present? A: We will charge a one time delivery fee of $5.00. We guarantee delivery within 24 hours of your order. To protect your order information, we will not leave your vouchers at the front desk of your resort. We will deliver your vouchers to you, personally, within 2 hours of your order. You will be required to present proper identification and the same credit card used for the purchase. Q: Are you open on holidays? A: Tickets 2 You is open for service every holiday. Hours may vary. Canceling or Changing an Order Q: Can I change my order? A: As long as you have not received your vouchers, most changes are possible.
