Medieval Times Dinner Theater is home to one of the Orlando's finest dinner shows. Medieval Times is more than a dinner attraction; it will transport you back in time to the 11th century, when knights, dragons, chivalry and noble families were the order of the day. Come and be entertained by horse riding knights, fighting for the honor of the king and the heart of a beautiful princess. Enjoy an old style tournament of jousting and swordplay while wenches and serfs work dutifully to serve you a bountiful four course feast. Watch the knights battle and compete while you fill your belly with food and take in all the action. As the show begins, you'll witness spectacular pageantry and exquisite equestrian drills performed by beautiful Andalusian Stallions. Then, you'll cheer for brave knights on horseback competing in medieval tournament games. The experience culminates in an authentic jousting tournament and sword fighting between the six brave knights of the realm. Lances splinter against shields of steel, broad swords spark and a champion emerges, to the cheers of the enthusiastic crowd. It's a show the whole family will enjoy. Come and cheer your knight to victory.

The Show

The spectacle unfolds inside a fully enclosed European-style castle. During this death defying show, you'll enjoy a combination of feast, fighting, and fun. The King calls for a grand tournament and invites six of the noblest knights of the realm to compete in a tournament of games and combat. The competition is fierce as the six brave Knights compete in a colorful tournament for the favor of the King, and the hand of the princess. Each section of the area will have a brave knight fighting for them. You'll cheer on your knight in the flag toss, ring pierce and javelin thrown. All of these games of skill are designed to prepare the knights for the final challenge, the Joust. Eventually, only one brave knight will remain to claim the title of champion. But things are not as simple as they appear. Inside the King's inner circle there is a secret and possibly deadly plot that must be stopped before anyone can rejoice.

Medieval Times Andalusian Stallions

Six brave knights compete in games of skill riding six magnificent Andalusian stallions. These are some of the most beautiful horses you will ever see in your life. For years, Medieval times has taken part in helping preserve the one thousand year bloodline of their Andalusian horses. These horses are bred specifically for use in the seven Medieval Times dinner attractions across North America. Each spring, the staff at the Medieval Times adds several new Andalusian foals to care for. These Purebred horses are known for their magnificent physique and gentle nature; they are a rare combination of strength, agility and intelligence. There is no other breed of horse better suited for the mock battlefield of the Medieval Times Dinner Theater.

Medieval Times Dinner Menu

Medieval Times is known for having the very best dinner show food in Orlando. Once inside our Grand Ceremonial Arena, you'll enjoy a heaping plate of steaming hot food worthy of the king and all his subjects. This four course feast is served medieval style by our highly trained staff of wenches and serfs. That means you'll be eating with your hand, without silverware, but don't worry, there will be plenty of napkins. Your dinner will include; tasty warm garlic bread, hot creamy vegetable soup served in authentic pewter bowls, slow roasted farm fresh chicken, barbecued spare ribs, and a lightly seasoned baked potato. Dinner is concluded with a special pastry of the royal family's choosing.

The Knight Club

After the show, the adventure continues for guests interested in visiting the Knight Club. The Night Club is a dance club area with a full bar, great music and a plenty of room for dancing. The walls are decorated with suits of armor, wonderfully detailed swords and shields as well as medieval banners. At the Knight Club you will have the chance to meet the Royal family and some of the knights, they will be happy to sign autographs and pose for pictures.
